North America Sales Manager (EST time zone)

Duties

  • Research the market, sign on new reseller partners (VARs, AV Integrators and Rental companies);
  • On-board partners, train them and prepare for sales in their area;
  • Build and maintain close relationships with channel partners;
  • Proactively work with the channel partners;
  • Participate in setting sales targets and budget;
  • Participate with ideas on how to develop and improve our sales processes and structure;
  • Be available for travel and to attend expos (up to 30% of time).

Desired skills and expertise

  • Fluent English. Other language skills are a big plus;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Degree in business, marketing or related subjects;
  • Understanding of B2B and Online Sales;
  • Creative and flexible personality not afraid to take on responsibility;
  • Ability to learn and adjust on the go;
  • Microsoft Office / Google docs wizard (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • You are fun to work with;

Sales Assistant

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team’s success. You will primarily be in charge of scheduling and preparing our sales team for important meetings and trade shows. You will provide outstanding customer service by liasoning between the sales team and the customer.

  • Assist on preparation for trade shows (book travel, pack items, etc.)
  • Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success

  • Occasionally be available for travel to attend expos
